Every good business needs to have its data analysed. While this is unfamiliar territory for me, I attempt to make sense of my business data. In this page, I share visual charts to illustrate points. I have decided to analyse my various platforms to find out my target audience, demographics, and craft customer personas.
My Pinterest stats (Some charts from my Pinterest account. My demographics are Asian women between 25 to 34 who use both mobile and computer devices.)
My Etsy Shop stats (These stats are from Etsy, eRank, and RankHero. I should continue using ads and Facebook to get more views, leading to more favourites, reviews, and sales. I need to make sure my listings look good on mobile and cater for both US and SG audiences.)
