My Etsy Shop visits, orders, conversion rate, and revenue.
The first image is from the Shop Traffic tab in Etsy Shop Manager, which counts visits, meaning individual people who check out my shop or listings. That peak is from 1 Jan with 190 visits. I do turn ads on and off, so that was during ads time. I started the shop on 2 Dec 2025, but the data starts from 3 Dec 2025. The visits range from 0 to 31. I have made revenue of SGD $8.50 so far with 3 orders from 3 different people, and that got me 4 sales. The conversion rate is how many people who visited actually bought something.

Moving on to my Shopper Stats. Pretty self-explanatory, I started to get some favourites, and that led me to more sales. Sales and reviews go hand-in-hand.

How shoppers found my Etsy Shop.
Here is the data on how my shop was found. I brought most of my traffic through my various social media platforms, the highest being Facebook, followed by Instagram (My personal).

My ad stats.
Now moving on to ads. As I said, I turn it on and off periodically, so the 2 flat lines are from the days I decided not to. That long flat line at the start is when I wasn't allowed to create ads because my shop was still brand new. I have had my highest traffic on 8 Jan 2026.

My Etsy Shop overview on eRank.
Now moving on to my first actively used tool, eRank! It is useful to find keywords to know what people are searching for on Etsy. I am ranked 4057 in Singapore and in the millions globally. LOL.

My Top Sources and Top Keywords on Traffic Stats, on eRank.
Now this is my Traffic Stats. Most of the users come from Facebook, followed by Instagram, then Direct. Direct means people who go to my link. The Top Keywords recently appeared, and I think it means what people are searching for that led to my listings. I will look at them soon.

My Top Devices and Top cities for my Etsy Shop.
No surprise, most visitors are Singaporeans on mobile.

My Top Countries and Demographics.
Over here, it says United States because the folks from the US are not all from the same city, so I can conclude my main audience comes from the US and Singapore. No demographic data, this would be extremely useful to know.

My Shop Analyzer on RankHero.
The last data is from this website called RankHero. I am using the free Shop Analyzer, and it said I am better than 35% of sellers. Even just making 1 sale makes me 20% better. Wow, there are so many shops that have no sales. I have made 4 sales so far, so I am not in such a good position either, but I am still thankful nonetheless.
So to conclude, I'm just getting started. I should continue using ads and Facebook to get more views, leading to more favourites, reviews, and sales. I need to make sure my listings look good on mobile and cater for both US and SG audiences.
