My Blog stats (June 2026 update)

Lastly, this very blog. I have found it more challenging to post regularly when I have a full-time job as compared to the start of the year. But I have tried my best, so let's take a trip down memory lane and see how else I can improve for the rest of 2026.

Blogger views from January.
Blogger views from January.

Double the total number of views, that is great! I have been getting consistent views, too, but they may not be legitimate sources. I am still trying to apply for ads, but I got rejected due to low content.

I am happy to see some peaks higher than in January, the highest being in April!

Facebook is still my top referrer in June.

The majority of the visits are now the highest from Hong Kong, followed by Singapore. Then the United States.

To summarise, I should try to post more frequently.

My TikTok stats (June 2026 update)

I am looking forward to analysing this and YouTube, because I have been consistent in my posting over the last couple of months. I have seen some significant growth, too.

TikTok video views from January.

TikTok video views in the last 6 months.
TikTok video views in the last 6 months.

I got an even higher peak on 28 Jan, where I posted about that scandal in Singapore. It was like double the spike of 6 Jan. In the second chart that are small spikes, but I do try to post consistently, and I have been following this schedule lately: Mon- News, Tue- Etsy, Wed- News, Thur- Song/anime/game, Fri- News, Sat- Places to visit, Sun- Others. I realise when I talk about news, I get more views, and I can make it relevant to my content.

So, to compare profile views, the second chart looks more exciting than views. People are clicking on my profile to hopefully watch more videos. Which is a good thing!

TikTok likes from January.

The likes have become more "spikey". The highest is from 28 jan, and the latest is 8 June, where I posted about how a local CEO commented that we as Singaporeans are less courageous to speak up.

There are moments when the comments become negative. I think these were deleted.

TikTok shares in January.

So for the shares, 8 June is my all-time highest number of shares.

TikTok gender and age for 7 days in January.
TikTok gender and age for 7 days in January.

For the last 6 months, my viewers and followers have been consistently equal in male and female, mostly from Singapore, and in the ages of 25 to 34. Though some are younger or older.

So I have rewatched every single TikTok I have made since the first video, and here are my thoughts. I absolutely did not want to do this, but it is for my learning. HAHAHA.

-Learning as I go, initially, I was promoting Etsy to little views. Someone on TikTok shared this format for hashtags. I am not sure if it always helped because TikTok uses keywords even when I talk to the camera. The format is: audience, topic, result outcome, call to action, broad topic.
-Earlier on, I printed out my Etsy digital products to do TikToks. Mum was proud of me for making them sell. I would always tell her whenever I made a sale, but in recent months, I have stopped since sales have slowed down. I have a full-time job now, so I am not so broke.
-I feel I have come a long way since my first video, even though it was only in December of last year.
-I remember the first time I wore a singlet to cut paper, now I even post shirtless content on YouTube and TikTok.
-The initial videos and photos were all over the place, but now I have a consistent posting schedule and focus.
-I used to draw inspiration from other videos and tried to imitate them, not knowing my essence.
-There was a post of mine wanting 50 followers to go live, but so far, I haven't gone live.
-That social story cat game was so fun to make.
-I sounded too nervous in the initial videos, and my words were not articulated well; there were weird pauses. I think I am more confident now.
-That Genie Wiley video broke ground for me, as I learned to use the green screen effect. I enjoyed doing that MOE teacher video was when I started to talk about the news. The positive reception kept me going. I also think that video was done well.
-Camera angles, still a long way to go, but I've got better.
-My hairstyles have changed from long to short to long. I can see that the moment I got my interview and later job trial, I looked happier. That happened in February, and I remember cutting my hair after the interview.
-I did my first video reply.
-That UNO card clip inspired me to get all 6 of the decks and make a video.
-I need to remind myself not to cut the clips too fast when using green screen, the last word usually gets cut off.
-So cool to time travel, let's get the next 6 months of content done!
-That temporary ban because I needed to verify my age. Zzz. I had thought that because I said the word "abuse", which TikTok doesn't even like the hashtag.
-I find my talking to the camera videos more interesting than random clips.
-There were a few times my background music was louder than my voice. Someone commented that they were overstimulated. Point to note.
-On May 22 and 25, my face changed, and the way I talked changed, because I was dealing with my second tooth issue. Zzz.

As of now, this is the video with the most views. It has 31k views, 118 hours of play time, 13.21 average watch time, 15.6% watched the full video, and I gained 8 followers from this video. It also has 112 likes, 10 comments, 35 shares, and 9 saves.

My TikTok video with the most views.
My TikTok video has the most views.

And two of my all-time favourite videos are the ones where I did comedy, one with the Danganronpa sound and the wind sound. The Japanese crafts post hit me the most because of the sad caption and the OPM soundtrack. It was really a dark time, and I felt no hope for my future, but now I have a job and am still teaching children.

So to summarise, my core audience has changed since I can relate to both genders, but still within the same 25 to 34-year-old Singaporeans, and as usual, talking about hot topics in Singapore will get more views. I will not worry about catering for any audience but instead continue to use the same routine in content creation. I might get another peak in video views. I will continue to grow and discover more about myself during the next 6 months.

This is the free plan, and there is limited data I have access to. It seems fewer people click on the other links on the website as compared to last time. I have removed the link from my TikTok, but I have always used it in my blog and YouTube posts. It's alright, this is not my top priority now.

My Etsy Shop stats (June 2026 update)

I have to admit that my motivation in running my Etsy shop has slowly depleted, and the sales have suffered too. When I first started it, I was so excited and hoping it could become a source of sustainable income. I do get sales once in a while, but in recent months, it has not been consistent.

Okay, I have to admit they are good, even though they are slowly dropping. Some sellers only managed to make their first sale after months, and I have managed to keep selling every month, not yet in June, though.

Now in comparison, I have 13 more item favourites, 4 more shop follows, 4 more reviews, 1 repeat buyer (yeah!), 28 more cities reached, and 1 more abandoned basket (not bad!).

Facebook and Instagram still rank the highest in traffic. But the main difference is that this time, Etsy brought more traffic than previously. My shop is older now, so that might be a reason for that.

I am not using ads anymore, so I will show the data for that.

Moving on to eRank, which I have unsubscribed from, as the profits from my shop were lower than the expenses of both eRank and Canva. I am still using Canva actively.

I have made 31 more sales and created 21 more listings since January. My sales rank was 4057th, and now it is 2556th in Singapore, and I went from 2 million to 1,661,416th globally. I cannot see the inventory value anymore because of my free plan.

I am thankful eRank put all these charts in one chunk. My main top-seller is this Say the Word on Beat Game | Blank Canva Template for Preschool | Editable Digital Download. Back then, I didn't have it yet.

From 35% to more sales than 54.1% of shops. Not bad.

So in summary, if I had not started my Etsy shop in December last year, I wouldn't have earned $100. Or gained this unique love and experience. Back then, I wanted to use ads and Facebook to get more sales, but now I am just letting it sit. LOL. My priorities are now in content creation. My main audience is from the United States and Singapore.

My Pinterest stats (June 2026 update)

Alright, it's midyear, so I wanted to do a midyear review of my business and social media platforms. Starting off with Pinterest, like I did at the start of the year. For this series of data analysis posts, I will be comparing my current data with January's data, so this should be fun and give me insights as to how to improve for the rest of the year.

So in comparison, my main target audience is still females, though there has been a slight increase in males. Age 25 to 34 is still the core group, and there is a decrease of 35 to 44 folks.

I don't see a noticeable difference. They are still from Asia and use both mobile devices and computers.

Overview of the past 6 months.
Overview of the past 6 months.

This chart is more relevant. I have tried pinning consistently, and throughout the past 6 months, I have gotten 14.71k impressions, which means the number of times my pins appeared on the screen. 343 engagements, the number of times people clicked or saved my pins. 13 outbound clicks are people who visited my Etsy Shop/YouTube video/blog post from the link in the pin. There were 92 saves, but this might include mine, as I save them to boards. I have 8.31k people who have seen or engaged with my pins, and about 170 unique individuals.

So in summary, my target audience of age 25 to 34 Asian women who use phones and computers has remained the same and has grown since I started using it. It was a tool to promote my Etsy shop, but now I have incorporated my blog and YouTube.

My Blog stats

Finally, here is the data for this blog that you are reading now. I love writing, so hopefully this can pick up speed and get more regular readers. I am currently in the process of submitting my blog to Google Search Console, so hopefully, Google starts and finishes crawling my blog, and it can appear when people search, then I can use Google Analytics to understand how people are using the site. Yes, huge learning curve for me, but it has been fun.

Especially for Blogger, since I have been blogging for 15 years. There are many things I have only learned recently. So here is my data, and praying it becomes even better towards the end of the year.

Blogger views.
Blogger views.

50 posts, 51 if you count this. In total, I have 3259 views. I created this blog back in 2018.

Blogger views chart.

It has been low views because I didn't care about it that much for many years, and only this year I decided to revive it again, since the name of my Etsy Shop comes from this blog! The recent spike is in December, when I started to post again and share the posts.

Blogger top referrers.

This data means which online platforms lead people to my site, and Facebook comes at the top because I share on my personal page. There are a few funny websites.

Blogger top locations.

Most of the visits come from Singapore, and Hong Kong ranks close. Followed by the US.

Overall, I would say I aim for Google to be my number 1 referrer because Facebook means I am the one sharing to get views. My audience is Asian countries, with no data on age or gender.
